I've been using Timetracker without an issue. Then, in the last couple of days, whenever I start the Windows client it fails to load and throws up several errors. I have attempted disconnecting and reconnecting and I have uninstalled the software and re-downloaded /installed it and I am still having the same issue.
(Errors: Timetracker VSTS Client - Configuration system failed to initialize - Root element is missing)
This is a very rare case. It seems that the Windows client lost access when it tried to update settings.
Please uninstall the client, remove all content in following path and install the client again.
This should solve the problem. If the problem persists, please contact our support.
