I am unable to change the date range on the Times Explorer page to show all tracked time entries for a specific work item. If I click on the “Change Dates” link, the resulting calendar-picker allows me to choose 01/09/2016 as the start date for my range, but this is not reflected in the results after I press "Ok".
If you change the "From" or "To" date range on the calendar-picker, you must specifically click on a date within the calendar, because the action of changing the month or year automatically de-selects any date from the calendar. Once you select a specific date within the calendar and click "ok", your selected date range will display in the results.
Selecting a new date other than the default on the calendar-picker de-selects any specific date (left calendar). Clicking on a specific day within the calendar then results in a day being highlighted (right calendar), which allows your results to display after you click "Ok":
