When I log time from the desktop client, I should be able to record comments for the tracked time right there rather than having to edit it manually from the server after the fact.

  I have to do the same. Would be nice to have a small comment box to add text to after the time started.

  We plan to update Windows Client with possibility to add comments to any track. It is planned to be released this autumn.
