Use server time instead of the time of the computer running the client

For a number of testers (and sometimes developers) it is frequent to change the date and time settings of the machine they use. 
If timetracker is running it can insert negative or huge entries in the database because it calculates the time difference using the client's clock. If it was using the server time to calculate, the client's date wouldn't matter.

  I am sorting out old feature requests; this has been already implemented some time ago when server-side tracking has been introduced. Closing.
