Delete tracked time from users as an administrator

As an administrator I want to be able to delete tracked time by regular users.

  Thank you for this post.

  This is currently 'by design'. We respect the developer and think that only the developer himself should be able to touch his records. But we understand that this might be a blocker for some team policies and some special situation, especially in larger teams.
