Not showing any UI in the VSTS web UI if the user has no permission/license to TFS Timetracker

If the user has no permissions for time tracking, currently all views are visible and the message "Access to this functionality is denied. Ask administrator of the system for help." is displayed. A cleaner approach world be not to show any tabs if the user has no permissions.

    Hello Ognjen,
    Thanks for your post. Yeah, you’re absolutely right. That looks ugly currently. We have that in our backlog with high priority. Unfortunately, VSTS makes life not easy for that, that’s why we decided to bring out some principal functionality first and then go into details.
