Aggregate hours for all views and work items; Show aggregate time spent on parent work items in any view

I want one view to see the Feature, PBIs, and Tasks' hours rolled up to the parent work items; similarly to how a summary task works in MS Project. Make these new total fields available on the PBI or Feature backlog or boards.
