Make Time Tracker less CPU intensive by better default filtering

1. On Times Explorer set data range on last 24 hours by default 
2. Or/And on Times Explorer set default selection on person (or Team) 
2. On Iterations set default selection on current itertion 
3. On iterations create a by default checked checkbox 'Hide Closed workitems' 
4. And/or on Iterations set default selection on person (or Team)

    We will keep that in focus. Curious for your votes here.

    Tip: you can set the standard data range in 'Configuration' > 'Settings' > 'TFS Timetracker System Settings' - but it is currently only available as a setting in months.
