It would be nice to be able to track ones hours directly from the task. Without the need to switch to the "Time" tab.

@Kai: Alright, got your point. The "Add Time" button is already available in the on-premise edition, but not yet on the VSTS edition. According to our current schedule, this feature will be released to public with the milestone 70 within the next three weeks. It does what you describe - you can add times directly from the work item view, without navigating to the time section and searching for the item.

We use TFSTimeTracker from VSO. If I click on the "Time" tab I would like to be able to track the time for this Work-Item directly (so from a Bug, User-Story or Task or any other work item)
So when we click on "start tracking" it would start the automatic time tracking. It would be good to have a button underneath were you can directly track your hours manually on this task without navigating to the "Time" area, search there for the Item to track on etc.

@Oleg: We have released that with the 2.7 for TFS Timetracker on-premise. From the work item view, you can directly add times to the work item.
@Kai: I guess you are referring that this adding of time needs first a click to the "Time" tab inside of the work item form. Is that correct?Marc
