Capacity' reflected in Time calendar

During sprint planning, capacity is added for each sprint user, defining hours expected per day/days off etc. It would be very useful to have these figures reflected in the time calendar - perhaps an 'expected hours' value in the Week Total field.

Hi Christy, this is a good one.
We have some stories in mind for integration with the planning data in TFS. Our idea is to make the sprint planning process more transparent based on facts from the past. A projection of the planning into the personal calender sounds like a great add-on.
Do we get more votes on that?

This is exactly what we need! We have a couple of flexworkers that work different hours every week. I have to manually check their schedule and match it with the tracked hours now. If you can give some insight in this than you have a subscriber for life! :)

I have an interest in this feature as well. Integration with PTO calendar in the iteration is crucial.

However, please be aware that one person can in theory be present on multiple teams, thus his capacity should reflect the combined capacity across all current iterations.

Grayed out day offs will be enough for time tracking in our team, we don't need complex capacity calculations and so on.

I very much look forward to this capacity planning feature as we most use a hybrid approach. This will be great to have!
