Notification "Remaining Work" 0 Hours

While a user is working through a task it is likely that their time entered could exceed the "Remaining Work" value for that task. If this field is not updated time can continue to be logged for that item, but in many cases an updated "Remaining Work" value should be entered by that user. This can promote a more accurate burndown. A simple notification that the work item being worked is at zero hours remaining would be a good reminder to the user they may need to update the estimate.

  This often happens with our devs. They simply need additional time to finish a task but do not know when remaining work reaches 0. A notification that this has happened would remind them to update the remaining work to the new reality (or change the status if they forgot).

  We've checked and discussed it with the team and we've found out that it is already implemented in DevOps Notifications  functionality (you could set notifications in DevOps on different WorkItem update events)
