Have the same functionality as time tracker for progress tracking

User should be able to enter the overall percentage of progress of the work item along with the time details. Similar to time details the percentage progress should roll up according to the hierarchy - task, user story, feature and epic. 
Combined with Team Service features this will make the tool immensely valuable for Portfolio Management. 
Ability to generate reports of time and progress with work item hierarchy will be good.
