Configuration setting to hide start and end time for new time entries

It would be nice to have a configuration setting so that when adding a time entry, if we're only interested in Date / Duration, the Start and End time fields could be hidden.

Right now, you can ignore the Start / End time fields and just update the duration input. However, it is confusing to users to see the unused Start / End time fields.
