When choosing another user except ApplicationPoolIdenty, (for example NetworkService) the configuration tool (direct after installation) doesn’t find the correct language specific SID account. The configuration tool tries to use the english username, which is wrong.

  This fix is in our short term backlog, it will be fixed in the second part of June.

  We fixed this in the version 3.1.9: https://support.7pace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003469723-7pace-Timetracker-for-TFS-3-1-9-2017-07-11

  It is in the all new versions since then.
