Timesheet page error: "an item with the same key has already been added"

Reproducing bug as follows:

1. Navigate to Timesheet
2. Navigate between Dec 12 – Dec 18, 2016
3. Error is thrown: An Error occurred while handling your request – see error message below.
"an item with the same key has already been added"
