Windows client app error: "Collection was modified"

I am getting the following error using the TFS TimeTracker VSTS app, when I try and start my task.
Your urgent assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. The error continues to persist no matter what task I start from TFS.

Error message says "Collection was modified"
