API access error. The user was not authorized.

I got the API key needed to connect to the odata feed. The only problem is that I keep on getting a message 'The user was not authorized' in Power BI.

I follow the steps outlined in the documentation<http://docs.tfs-timetracker.com/display/HelpForVSTS/Access+TFS+Timetracker+data+by+authenticating+OData+feed>, except that I am using Power BI. If I try to use Excel 2013, I get the same issue.

In VSTS, I have enabled API access and copied the token.
