Configuration Wizzard messes up website settings in IIS

We have installed a new version of TFS Timetracker 3.0.6.11448 and we noticed that there are still some installation issues. The Configuration wizard still makes a mess in the IIS Web Sites settings.
Values of host name and SSL certificate have changed in a wrong way.

  Hello, 

  We implemented changes to Configuration Tool that it is using same host name you put during configuration in IIS (before it used empty value), this should solve issues you had.
