Upgrade to TFS 2017 disables the Work Item Tab & Start Tracking Button.
I'm using the TFS 2017 Update 1 RC1 (15.111.26117.0)

  regarding this I have some question.

  when calling the uri like http://xxx:8080/tfs/xxxx/xxx/_workitems?id=8497&_a=edit there is no time track button. Only when deleting the edit action on the end of the uri. the problem ist that most uris are called with the edit action?
