How to enter time on behalf of non-system users

Hi all,

Hi do I as an admin enter time on behalf of say a contractor who doesn't have access to the system?

  Hi,

  You can, if you like. If the contractor doesn't have access to VSTS/TFS, he can send in his worklog as an excel file, and the admin can import the data.

  I have something similar but a Timetracker user is out on Medical leave.  I would like to enter hours on their behalf.  Where/how do I do this?
