Outside the US " Date Format"

Being a customer from outside the US, there is a key requirement to ensure that time sheets imported from Excel via Time Explorer transpose the date in our standard date format dd/mm/yy not m/d/y can this be addressed?

This same problem exists the other way when you export to Excel.

  We're not used to this format either and a lot of mistakes are made. Would be great to be able to set the culture in the settings.
