Reporting API. Users can't access TFS data even if Service Account is configured

Users who don't have enough permissions to get TFS data are able to get it if Service Account is configured. It works for web interface. But they are not able to get same data with API. Some fields are empty or filled by notification about Service Account configuring

  Hi James,
  We have several reports about this behavior. We are working on it now. I will post updates into this report.
