    We are gathering information about this issue. Sorry for inconvenience, this appears to be not easy to reproduce issue. I will post updates into this report about progress.

    We're experiencing this issue as well.  When I run for dates 2017-02-28 through 2017-03-29 the data can be obtained successfully.  When extending the range just one day to 2017-02-27 through 2017-03-29 causes the error.  Just in case that information is helpful in any way.

    I'm getting the same error here. It started at October 26, I have a process that export the data every day, until October 26 everything was working fine, then I start to get this error.

    I am going through issues which where actually fixed but state was not changed. This one is among them. 

    That error 500 was fixed, we had some more issues meanwhile which are fixed too.
