    Hi Kamal,

Are you using the on-premise version of Timetracker or Timetracker for VSTS? Timetracker for VSTS will not have a License tab since any updates are applied automatically.

    Does that help?

    Many thanks,
    Leah

    I'm using Timetracker for VSTS.

I added a new user to VSTS and set the user's settings in Timetracker to default. However they are getting the following error,

I just purchased a 10 users license however they are still getting the same error.

We only have 4 Active users, so we didn't need to upgrade to the 10 users license,

    Please advise

    Hi Kamal,

I think you will find this article helpful - https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/marketplace/get-vsts-extensions#assign-extension - particularly the sections Assign paid extension access to users and Change number of paid extension users.

Please let me know if this helps!

    Thanks again,
    Leah
