Doesn't pair on Windows 10

I've been using Timetracker on Windows 10 for a while, all fine.

A week ago it stopped working.

So, I went to the Download link on the visualstudio.com site, downloaded and started the app. It then told me to pair the app. So I returned to the visualstudio.com site, and clicked Pair.

Then, Windows 10 shows me the following error: It's not possible to execute this app on your PC."...

I'm using Microsoft Edge, and need help.

I also tried the VSTO addin to that I could log my time working, but the toolbar in VS2017 has all the buttons disabled...

  We support Edge and IE on Windows 10.
