Activity Types: Ability to Arrange List of Activity Types with Favorites Showing First in List

We now have a list of 20 activity types which makes it difficult for a user to scroll through/select. It would be good to allow multiple favorites per user and show those first in the activity types list.

  The most frequent or last one used by a user automatically becoming their default would be a good feature.

  And allowing the admin to order the list rather than the list being in alphabetical order.
