Monthly page

While it is obvious, that the basic focus of the monthly page is the user's space to enter and modify its time records, I suggest to enable this page to everybody in the team to have read access and for the project administrators to have read and write access.

For the user it is helpful to compare himself with colleagues and leads him to organize himself better according to any project dynamics

For the project administrators / managers its helpful to track the work progress just-in-time and not detect timing and resource issues at approval times.

For the whole team this lead into more transparency and will be an additional tool to optimize project aim's better.

I would suggest to add a drop down field on monthly page to select the person and some how a way to show that the monthly page is not showing your own times by a different background color for example.
