Add "Repeating" mode

It would be cool to have "Repeating mode" like "TimeFrame" and "Duration" mode.  

Repeating mode would add repeating time records. There would be SinceDate and ToDate fields in the form and after saving it would repeat timerecords to all days in selected interval.
