Deinstall old "TFS Timetracker" extensions on upgrade to "7pace Timetracker"

When upgrading from an old TFS Timetracker version to a 7pace Timetracker version, the old extensions aren't deleted in upgrade process, but they should!

  Hi Stefan, 

  I've added this into our backlog, I totally agree with you. They must be deleted and replaced with new ones.
