    Question - are you working in Windows and have you installed the Windows client?

    Hi Marc,

    I am working at the Visual Studio Website. I have not installed  as I use mac.

    Ricardo, Mac is currently not supported for tracking. There will be a an HTML client in late summer 2017, which will enable tracking on a Mac as well. 

    A local Mac client is also in the pipe, please see the thread on Mac client: https://support.7pace.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000210383-Is-there-any-chance-to-have-a-client-of-timetracker-for-Mac-users-

    So, for the moment the button is on a Mac actually without function. Please bear with us...
