Has anyone else seen this issue:
The upgrade process appears to work, no errors, nothing negative in the event logs, but the new database (TimeTrackerOnlineDb) ends up completely blank in all Time Log tables. So the web pages appear to work but it's a lot of blankness and spinning.
We have tried a bunch of different ways and nothing seems to work.

The issue, as it turns out, is related to a TFS bug with 2015.2.1. The resolution is called out in this article:
