Directly linking work items: "Time" tab button is not there

The time tab/button is missing when you open it through a link.

- You have to open it naturally by clicking to it or using a query if u want to see the 'time tab'

So:

Sharing links with others is now a lot worse because they can't see the 'time tab' when they use the link to open the work item.

I usually right click and copy link address in the top left corner of a work item form.

The url path can look something like this when you share a link:

/_workitems?id=12345&_a=edit

  Hello Artjom, we confirm that this behavior is a bug. It will be resolved with our next service update, estimated release in week 34 (3 weeks from now).

  Hi Artjom,

  We have released update with fix: https://support.7pace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004203043-7pace-Timetracker-for-TFS-3-2-1-2017-08-21

  Now Time tab should be visible if you open item directly.
