Some users have reported that they are experiencing issues with the VSTS API and that requests to it are sometimes failing, causing TFS IDs to not be recognized and other possible symptoms. We are currently investigating this issue and will update you as soon as possible.

Hi all,
We have just rolled out hotfix for this issue and it should be gone now. Please let us know if you still experience any issues like work items are not found or data is not loaded on Times Explorer or export via API is not working.
All of issues above in my opinion were related to that change in VSTS API.
