Timetracker failed to load: Error when registering time from a query

A colleague of mine keeps experiencing problems when registering time. She has sent me a screenshot, which should explain it better. It shows that she is trying to register time when inside a query and opening the work item on the right pane. I guess this is an atypical way of registering time, so there is a bug here somewhere.
She can't consistently reproduce the bug, but I've heard multiple complaints about this for more than a month. Please look into the matter.
