It would be good to be able to expose a team's total time logged to date (for a given period i.e. a week) exposed via a widget on the team's dashboard page in TFS.

  If you had Timetracker populating the completed time in tasks, you could have a query against this, but it might not be accurate for a given date range

  We plan to start reporting and reporting API soon. I guess it will be achievable later when we finish API for reporting. I'll post updates here when we have first MVP for reporting API.
