Request for Activity Types to match default TFS Task and be requiredGathering Feedback
We have Activity Types set on our TFS Tasks and are wondering if Timetracker could default the time entry screen to the Activity Type from the TFS Task when there is a match? Since TFS doesn't save some of the custom activity types it won't always match some of the additional activity types that we defined in Timetracker (PTO, Meetings, Training, etc.).
This would save us from forgetting to change it. We left it default as [Not Set] because we log time for internal meetings, design, development, documentation, testing, etc.
A second request is for Timetracker to give us a configuration option to make the activity type a required field during time entry, it would force us to remember to set an activity type when we enter time. This may require the Timesheet functionality to change a bit so that after you enter time on a task/PBI/bug, etc. in the Timesheet view we'd want the time entry screen to pop up to force the user to select an Activity Type and enter any comments, etc.
