Copy one day time entry to other day

Hi, I have few queries:

1. Is it possible to "copy" the time entry of one day to another day? It must be very efficient way of time entry when a person is working on same type of activity for consecutive days..

2. In case of timesheet archival, after how many years, the timesheets will be deleted from archive?

3. Is it possible to access the log file to find when an action is taken place and by whom? e.g. actions like unlocking an already archived timesheet, pull up of timesheet by team members etc.
