Start Tracking Button does not render in IE 11

The 'Start Tracking' button under the 'Work' section of a task does not render in IE 11 and cannot be clicked. This is for the latest v4 TimeTracker running in VSTS. It works fine in the Microsoft 'Edge' browser and Google Chrome.

  Hi Mark,

  with yesterday's release it should be fixed. Please check attached screenshot.
