odata feed access forbidden

Hi,

i am new to 7pace and I am trying to load the workLog using the odata feed as decribed in that video. It's simple but I keep receiving a "ResourceAccessForbiddenException" in PowerBI, when expanding the tables:

The endpoint is correct and I am using the current API token.

What am I doing wrong?

  I have replied to you on ticket #44197 so let us continue our communication there. Just to write here in case it will be helpful for someone in the future, this error can occur when the Timetracker Service Account is not configured.
