Dear support team,
several features of 7pace does not work properly on my work account. When I click to "Monthly" option, I see logged hours, but when I extend the day I do not see any items. Next issue is in Times Explorer, which is only loading and I cannot explore and investigate my logged hours. Last thing is that Timesheet also does not show any time records even the past records which are I can see in Monthly report. I could provide some screenshots if needed. What can I do to solve this issues? I thought it is only some "short-term" issue which will be ok after day or two days but it is not working at least for two weeks and logging is quite complicated and delaying at this time.
