Some of our users are complaining that 7Pace is disappearing at random from there menu bar on the left. After a while it appears again. Any idea what is going on?
Thank you for reaching out to us. This issue is due to an issue with DevOps itself, and other extensions, not only Timetracker, have been affected. We have reached out to Microsoft and they have confirmed the issue is on their side and that it spans across all regions. They have informed us that they have mitigated it (although on their status page only the US and UK regions are marked as affected).
