Date and Project filter on report

When creating a report, with no filters (only selected date range) the report filters correctly:

 

If I then apply a filter for a selected project, the date filter is ignored:

 

While I have only shown the bugs tile, it happens with all reporting sections.

I would expect to be able to report on a single project, however, keep the date filter applied.
