It would be very nice if we could configure the privacy in reports.

For my needs, it could be a very simple solution like this:
Everyone could only see their own work logs in reports by default.
The administrator can configure which roles could also see all other work logs.

The reason behind this:
Privacy is a big thing and for us it's not the best idea to show all work logs to all users. Only leaders should see all work logs.

Btw: The checkbox "Allow access to DevOps data from restricted projects in Reporting" isn't a solution for us, because every developer has access to every project.

  Hi Martin, 

  thanks for reaching out!

  If you assign a user the Team Role, that user should only be able to see his own worklogs. (Settings -> User Management) 

  

  Any role above the Team Role, can also see other peoples worklogs and the Administrator Role can on top of that also edit other peoples worklogs.

  I didn't know, this also restrict the data on reports. I just tested it and you are right, the user can only see his personal data.
