I am creating work items in ADO where people can log non-project hours. Like public holidays, personal days etc. I want to do the same for sick leave. But in my country privacy laws prevent registering sick leave when non authorized people can access this data. Currently users in the 'Team' role cannot see each others time logs, but they _can_ see on each ticket how much time everyone has booked (7Pace tab in work items).
Would be great if when 7Pace offers functionality for increased privacy. This can be a global setting, a setting on certain work item types, or even a setting on dedicated work items.

Thanks for sharing your feature request. You are right, currently users can access time insights for a specific work item through the 7pace tab, which includes the activities of the entire team. Of course, when these work items are used for things like sick leave, privacy can be a concern, and I totally understand where you're coming from.
Having an additional setting on a work item basis could be a solution here. We also receive requests for a general feature to report sick leaves, PTO, etc. where privacy considerations should be included. While it's not part of our current plan, we might revisit this in the future. Unfortunately, I can't provide a specific ETA at this time.
