Ability to filter by userId in workLogs/all and timeApproval/all

Can you please add $userId filter parameters to these endpoints?

We have another system for administering absences and would like to synchronize those records into 7pace as work logs linked to special absence-type work items. The ability of filtering by user ID would be useful to check if a specific user already added/deleted such work items manually or their week is already approved, before trying to synchronize approved/deleted absences on-the-fly from the main system.
