Hello, we have ongoing issues.

The issues are of 3 types.

1. Existing user gets license removed without any action by administrator.

2. A different user (non developer) gets assigned the license.

3. Times booked by develoers get into report/timesheet of non developer, even though that person never used timer.
I have a difficult time justifying subscription cost if the timesheets provide incorrect information.
