I have a customized a default report and created a new report for my team but nobody on the team is able to access these reports besides me. I have restarted the reports, the service account is configured, and even team members with admin privileges are unable to see these reports.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The widgets that each user has on their Reporting page are only visible to themselves, and sharing them is done by exporting the widget definition, sending it over to another user who then imports the widget definition to their Reporting page.
