We have 2 available 7Pace licenses and 2 new employees that need them. But when I go to Permissions > Add Users, the 2 new people do not show up in the list of unlicensed users, nor does a search find them, even though they've been successfully added to our on-prem Azure DevOps instance (they can see all projects, be assigned to work items, etc.).
In checking with the "tfssecurity" tool, they are members of all appropriate groups, and have the same rights assigned as any of the other users that 7Pace is aware of.
What needs to be done to remedy this problem?

When you click on the Add Users button you cannot see them when searching by their email?
Timetracker reads the Azure Active Directory and gets the users from there. Please let me know if you are able to find them by searching by their email, and if you are still unable, I will create a ticket so we can further troubleshoot this.
