Active Azure DevOps users cannot be licensed in 7Pace

    Hello Gary,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    When you click on the Add Users button you cannot see them when searching by their email?

     

    Timetracker reads the Azure Active Directory and gets the users from there. Please let me know if you are able to find them by searching by their email, and if you are still unable, I will create a ticket so we can further troubleshoot this.

    That is correct - they cannot be seen when searching by email, name, or Windows AD domain\username.
