Trying to using Reporting Module - Can only see my time, not the rest of the team

In terms of permissions i am setup as a Project Admin in 7Pace Teamwork which we have linked to our Azure DevOps environment.  My team are able to add their time to items and i am trying to report on time added this month for the various tickets.
When i go into the reporting screen i can only see time added which I have added, not the rest of the team.

Presume it is a permissions issue, but what other permissions do i need to see everyone's time. My colleague who has the "service account" permission can see everything, but not sure we need to give that permission to my account as well.

Any help would be greatly received !

  I have replied to you on ticket #48449, but so that I also reply here, I have checked your role in our database and it was set to the Team role, this is why you were unable to see other people's time.
