Non-admin users cannot select "Activity Type" in time entries after 5.50.5.60483 update

As of the 5.50.5.60483 7pace update, users with "Default" role cannot see any entries other than "Not Set" for the Activity Type dropdown for time entries.  We require the Activity Type to be set, so this effectively takes our users down from entering time.  Admin users can see the Activity Type options and make time entries correctly.

  Update:  We are using Azure DevOps and majority of team uses Chrome.  We had the Chrome users clear their cache and everything seems to be working again.
